I’m actually not happy with the service given by Karen. My builder gel is too thick , cuticles not trimmed, polish a little sloppy and no lotion applied. Very disappointing since I go to this salon often.

This was my first trip outside my house to get my nails done since I lost part of my vision in December of last year. Stephen made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in and was extremely kind, considerate, and caring. He made me feel safe. My nails look beautiful, and my feet as well. Looks like unique nail spa Just got a new customer. Also I’d like to mention Kim she did my eyebrows and did an absolutely beautiful job and was also extremely kind. Thank you for the all-around experience today. It was much needed and very much appreciated. Stephen is doing an amazing job of taking care of the salon and the customers. 12/10 service
